Complete upholstery and sleeping comfort
The Contest 63CS is a versatile and comfortable bluewater cruiser designed for self-sailing and long-distance voyages. Neptune contributed to the premium onboard experience by providing ergonomic sleeping comfort and seating solutions that integrate seamlessly with the yacht’s interior design and living spaces.
About the yacht
The Contest 63CS is a 19.29-meter sailing yacht featuring a modern, well-balanced hull and refined lines by naval architects judel/vrolijk & co. The yacht is built as a high-end bluewater cruiser where comfort and performance go hand in hand.
The spacious layout below deck accommodates multiple cabins, including two identical VIP suites forward and a generous owner’s cabin aft, each designed with a strong focus on light, space, and comfort. Thanks to the open saloon, large windows, and a carefully considered layout, the interior offers a serene and inviting living environment on board.
With a wide beam, a draft of 2.90 meters, and a robust construction, the 63CS is ideally suited for long passages in a wide range of conditions. The saloon and cabins can be configured in three- or four-cabin layouts, including optional crew accommodation.
Neptune’s scope of work
Neptune delivered the complete sleeping comfort and seating comfort for the Contest 63CS. The VIP cabins and the owner’s cabin are fitted with Neptune mattresses that provide ergonomic support and hotel-level sleeping comfort. In addition, all seating areas, lounges, and chill zones are finished with carefully selected, durable upholstery fabrics and comfort foams chosen for comfort, longevity, and suitability for maritime use.
The materials and finishes are aligned with the yacht designers’ interior concepts, with careful attention to color, texture, and atmosphere, ensuring that every space feels inviting and matches the high-end character of the yacht.
