The basis for sleep comfort on board

Our slatted bases are fully custom-made. Straight shapes, rounded corners, or a bow shape, everything is tailored to your bed on board to ensure a perfect fit. Standard slat widths are 100 cm and 140 cm. In the forecabin, two slatted bases of 100 cm width are often chosen. When doing so, please consider the hatch layout beneath the mattresses to ensure continued accessibility.

The slatted base raises the mattress by approximately four centimeters. This creates sufficient airflow beneath the mattress, helping to prevent moisture buildup.

The slatted base can be easily dismantled, making it practical when access to storage space beneath the bed is required or for maintenance on board.

Installation can be carried out quickly and without screws. This makes fitting easier in confined on-board spaces and prevents unnecessary damage to the underlying surface.

The comfort package provides additional reinforcement in the hip or lower back zone. This allows the slatted base to support more weight and feel firmer. The package is suitable for slatted bases with a width of 100 centimeters. It includes six curved slats of 100 centimeters, twelve plastic sliders, and clear instructions for easy installation.

The height of just 1 centimeter makes Airlift a perfect alternative when there is no space for a slatted base. Ventilation beneath the mattress remains essential. Neptune therefore offers minimal height with maximum ventilation.

The Airlift ventilation system is permanently bonded beneath the mattress core, remaining completely out of sight while ensuring optimal airflow underneath the mattress.

Airlift can be supplied to measure for straight beds, bow shapes, and all other contours on board.

The back, upper leg, and lower leg zones can be adjusted smoothly and independently, providing optimal support at the touch of a button.

Neptune’s Full-Motion systems can be custom-made to a limited extent. Rounded corners and slightly angled edges can be produced with a Full-Motion system, but V-shaped beds in the bow cannot be fitted with Full-Motion.

Motors and technical components are fully integrated into the mattress, keeping the system compact, quiet, and completely hidden.

The system operates on 220V and requires no structural modifications, making it ideal for both new builds and high-end refits.

Supplied as standard with a compact remote control and optionally operable via a mobile app for effortless control.

The Comfortlift offers smooth adjustment from 0° to 59°, allowing you to find the ideal position for reading, relaxing, or working at the touch of a button.

Suitable for crew cabins as well as luxury guest cabins. The system delivers high-quality comfort where space is limited but expectations are high.

The Comfortlift can be applied to mattresses with a head section of at least 70 cm in width. The system almost always fits beneath our Neptune slatted base (provided it is 70 cm wide) or directly under the mattress. For double mattresses, two systems can be installed and linked for synchronized duo operation.
