Conventional latex types provide reasonable comfort, but have little or no breathing (ventilating) properties. These latex types are produced in several factories in and outside Europe. So also in several price ranges. The comfort properties differ per manufacturer, but all types have the property that they do not or hardly breathe. By arranging so-called ventilation channels in the plates, it is suggested that this benefits the ventilation, but this intervention has little or no effect.
